The service

We provide access to the software described on this site. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the conduct of anyone you invite into your organisation.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or to interfere with other customers' use of the service.

Payment

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, and will tell you why where we are permitted to.
